Adrenal & Thyroid Boosting Drink

Posted on

Recipe:

1 tsp. LTGLN™ Acerola Cherry Powder

1/2 c. Fresh Grapefruit Juice

1/4 tsp. Selina Naturally® salt

1/4 tsp. -2 tbsp of diatomaceous earth
1 tsp. Cream of Tartar or Coconut Water Powder or Clean Coconut Water

1-2 tsp. of Boron Concentrate*

1 single serve stick of E3 Live® Brain ON or 1 frozen stick or 1 tbsp of Brain On

Mix these all together starting with cherry powder and the juice. The combination of the two help the powder break down instead of form clumps. For all my fellow “007” fans who perfer their drinks “shaken, not stirred”,  you can also put it in a blender bottle with a shaker ball or in a mason jar with a lid.

  1. Those are good suggestions. I am so focused on doing it with “exactness” that I get nervous to experiment in fear I won’t receive the maximized benefit of it. Admittedly, it is growing on me. 🙂
Can I make 4-5 servings in advance and pour it out daily, or is it best to make it fresh each morning? I’m trying to devise a way to travel with it—on a plane. If it cannot be made up previously, my best bet is to make up the powder parts, put the boron in a glass bottle, and just find some juice when I get to my destination. I bought a “baby formula blender” so that I can blend it up. I think you suggested something similar in one of the videos I watched.

  2. Does the taste of this concoction grow on you? Because this is a dose. Almost $100 in ingredients, I guess I was expecting a better flavor. Oh well. Bottoms up!

    1. Sometimes you have to play with it. i cannot stand it in orange juice but love it in grapefruit. We talked about this the other day in Core7 and she had to do 1/2 of the blue green and cut the salt and do it separate and then she was good to go. We are focused on building a strong foundation and adrenals must be supported.
