Read more and I alternate between doing it every night and about every other night. It helps calm me and prepare me for sleep. It's the only way I have been able to consistently take magnesium, which I have been very low in. Any oral supplement will help me for a night or two before causing lots of issues like a racing heart, restlessness, and eventually muscle pains.
