This is my third bottle and it has changed my life. I only soak 1-2 twice a week now and it has made me more relaxed. I’m sure there are other benefits but this is the #1 reason I use it because I was burnt out. I also use the spray and got the lotion. Thank you!

For years I have battled nightly leg cramps that range from annoying to excruciating. They can last through the night intermittently or just a couple of times…waking me from sleep. I think your marketing team should emphasize relief from leg cramps more! Your literature barely addresses it! I tried the soak out of desperation and hoped it would address leg cramps. I really enjoy the magnesium soak. I have been soaking about 30 minutes each morning while checking my emails or knitting. It is very relaxing while I am getting my stuff done. I like all your helpful hints and info too. I drink a glass of coconut water when I am soaking too!
