Return Policy: Our goal is to provide you with the best service and highest-quality magnesium available. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. All sales are FINAL.

Canceled Orders: We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please ensure you want your item before placing an order.

Shipping Policies: With increased USPS shipping issues, we have added an extra option for your peace of mind through Good Life Shipping Protection. If the option is deselected, we will not be responsible for packages damaged, lost, or stolen. To file a claim, contact us at info@livingthegoodlifenaturally.com.

If you opted not to purchase Good Life Shipping Protection, any lost, stolen, or damaged packages are solely the responsibility of USPS: https://www.usps.com/help

eGift Cards: eGift cards are delivered electronically and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once an eGift card has been issued, it cannot be replaced, reissued, or canceled. Please double-check the recipient email address before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make changes after delivery.

Sale & Clearance Items: Sale prices do not apply to previous orders. No exceptions. Wholesale and bulk orders are not permitted on sale items.

Order Changes: We are so grateful for your order. Please review your shipping address and the quantity of products carefully before submitting your order. We are unable to make changes once your order is placed. Please double and triple-check that all details are correct.

Incomplete Information: Any orders placed with incomplete shipping information will be immediately refunded.

Order Processing: All orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped via Priority Mail. We are closed for all US federal and state holidays. Please allow 2-4 days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Large orders may be split across multiple shipments.
