- 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 4 cups of water
- 1 of each tea bag: Peppermint, Turmeric, Nettle
Steep for 6 hours, strain and add to a spray bottle.
Apply to scalp and allow to dry.
Reminder: stress causes DHT which causes hair loss.
