Shipping policy

All orders are packaged Monday through Friday and shipped via Priority Mail. If anything needs to be changed for any reason, we will add a processing fee of $30 plus any applicable shipping fees. If a package is returned to us for insufficient information, your order will be refunded less shipping and handling fees.

Our goal is to keep the price of our magnesium as low as possible. 

Once your order has left our warehouse, USPS assumes full responsibility for your package. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages are solely the responsibility of USPS. https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
